The brain boxes behind Ghosthost have been working very hard for the last 2.5 weeks, using feedback from current clients, to push forward new functionality and improve current offerings.
The flagship change:
A lot of time and effort has been put into the new Subscriber Streak feature found under the Loyalty tab. This feature will not only record the subscriber events for the streamer, i.e. when viewers subscribe, but also the ‘Tier’ at which they have subscribed and for how long they have tenure or a ‘streak’. Streamers can then create ‘rewards’ for each tier at certain months (of their choosing) for their subscribers to hit! When the subscriber reaches a reward month the status of this will change from ‘Locked’ to ‘Unclaimed’ in the User Interface. The subscriber will then be notified in chat that they have a reward available. Once claimed, either by viewer or through the streamer clicking on it in the UI, the status will change to ‘Claimed’ and can later be set to ‘Complete’ once you have delivered the reward. Ghosthost clients can also decide if they will allow non-consecutive subs as well, for example if they are less active streamers!
Other changes:
– The Subscriber List page under Loyalty can now import all subscribers into the Subscriber Streak table to kick-start current streaks for current subs.
– Automatic Commercials/adverts have a newly added ‘Advanced Warning Timer’ that allows our clients to bring the optional message forward in time to notify users of advert before they happens.
– Adventure Game now has a sound trigger added on activation of the game – it will search for a sound-hook called ‘adventure’.
